We offer continuous training, so you can build skills for the future, increase your knowledge and stay abreast of the latest developments in IT.

Our information technology training curriculum is made up of three components:

• Technology content. Technology content training will vary with your career level. Entry training is intended for individuals starting their career in IT. During the eight-week course, participants receive training on SAP, Java, Oracle, HTML and IBM mainframes.
  
  
• Professional skills. As an experienced IT professional, you’ll receive technology training tailored to your career level and technology skills and professional training is designed to help you develop professionally as you move through your career.
  
  
• Accenture methodologies. As part of the methodology training, you’ll be trained on the Accenture Delivery Suite—Accenture’s best project experience, crystallized into simple, easy-to-use methods, tools and architectures. You’ll learn how to use the Accenture Delivery Suite to deliver IT projects, large and small, on time and within budget.

A great way to gain experience in all three of these areas is by enrolling in the Accenture Solutions Delivery Academy to become a certified application developer and/or certified application designer. This innovative career development opportunity has been developed in collaboration with the Professional Education Programs Office of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), one of the world’s leading technology universities. Using the Solutions Global Curriculum as the foundation, the program combines formal training with on-the-job experience to support ongoing professional and career development. Enrollment is open to Accenture Technology Solutions people at the associate software engineer through senior software engineer career levels. Upon successful completion of program requirements, candidates are awarded an application developer and/or application designer certification from Accenture and the Professional Education Programs Office of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
